This site describes The Boardroom Collective and allows qualified business owners to request a seat. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer of membership, and submitting an application does not create one.

Membership is granted only through our application and interview process, and is governed by a separate membership agreement signed before your first meeting.

You agree to use the site lawfully and honestly. Information you submit in an application must be accurate, including your revenue figures, which we verify before seating any member.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or information that are not yours.

The name The Boardroom Collective, the TBC seal, the text of this site, and its design belong to Entrepreneur Power Network (EPN). You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Content on this site, and counsel exchanged within the Collective, is business experience shared between peers. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Decisions you make for your company remain yours.

We stand behind the structure of the program: the boards, the hot seats, the accountability system. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular business result. Outcomes depend on your execution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability related to the site is limited to the amount you have paid us through it, which for site use alone is nothing.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its date, is the one in effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EPN is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
