The Chairman
Michael JP Wilson
Michael JP Wilson built The Boardroom Collective on a conviction most business owners learn the hard way: growth stalls in isolation. As Chairman, he leads a national mastermind ecosystem where business owners stop guessing alone and start deciding together, serving as working advisory boards for each other's companies.
Michael is the founder and CEO of Entrepreneur Power Network, a business coaching, consulting, and membership community where he pioneered the advisory board model that powers the Collective. Over years of leading rooms of founders, he watched a pattern repeat itself. The owners who grew fastest were not the ones with the best ideas. They were the ones with the best people around the table. The Boardroom Collective turns that insight into a system.
His own table is well earned. Michael is a United States Army veteran and the author of Network Like A Millionaire and many other books. He holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and is completing his Doctor of Business Administration at Liberty University. Through EPN, Author's Path, and Power Reads Publishing, he has coached entrepreneurs, professionals, and first-time authors to build businesses and books that carry real authority in their markets.
What sets Michael apart is not a single win. It is a repeatable discipline: untangle the complex problem, build the system, and make sure the next person never gets stuck the same way twice. That discipline shapes every seat in the Collective, from the structure of each board session to the standard every member is held to.
Michael believes your network is your net worth, and he has spent his career proving it.

The Vice Chair
Cristina Solis Wilson
Co-Founder & Vice Chair
Cristina Solis Wilson has spent her career doing what most leadership books only describe: leading real people through real pressure. As a Command Sergeant Major in the United States Army, she has carried responsibility for the readiness, discipline, and development of soldiers at the highest enlisted level. In the Boardroom Collective, she brings that same standard to business owners who are done leading by improvisation.
Cristina is the author of Finding Your Why and the creator of the Command Your Purpose leadership programs, where she teaches professionals and entrepreneurs to lead themselves first, then their teams, with clarity and conviction. Her approach is direct and earned. She does not teach leadership as theory. She teaches it as a daily practice of ownership, structure, and follow-through, because that is how she has lived it in uniform for decades.
Inside the Collective, Cristina holds members to the same truth she holds her soldiers to: your results reflect your standards. Business owners come to the table for growth strategy. They stay because someone finally challenges them to lead at the level their company requires. That is the seat Cristina fills, and she fills it with both authority and genuine care for the person across the table.
The Parent Brand
Built by EPN.
EPN exists to put serious business owners in serious rooms. The Boardroom Collective is its flagship: a national mastermind organized not around content or celebrity, but around the oldest growth instrument in business, the advisory board.
The model is older than the mastermind industry itself. Great companies have always been governed by boards: small groups of experienced operators who ask hard questions, speak from experience, and hold the leader to what was decided. The Collective takes that instrument, once reserved for corporations and the very wealthy, and builds it for the owner between $250K and $1M.
Nothing about the format is novel, and that is the point. It is the discipline that is rare.
