How Ascension Works
The line is the same for everyone.
One entrance
Every member enters through the Collective, regardless of company size. A $50M operator and a $400K operator walk through the same door.
Twelve months of service
Every member serves a minimum of twelve months on a stage-matched board before ascension is considered.
Graduation, not purchase
Ascension requires board endorsement and a chairman invitation. It is earned in the room, in front of the people who watched you work.
Cohort graduation
Boards that grow together may graduate together, carrying their trust and their history into the next room.
